Forgeling has a very small challenge.
Before you scroll.
Humour this little face?
Four things to remember. Nothing to type. I’ll explain the suspiciously easy part afterwards.
Only join in if comfortable and safe. Gentle movements, no forcing. You can use just your eyes, imagine it, or skip.
No camera. No answers collected. Just a little screen break.
A little movement. A little company.
Make showing up a little easier.
Walks. Workouts. Your people.
A habit that fits real life.
For the everyday effort. Not just the personal best.

01 / Movement, on your terms
Not every day needs a personal best.
Sometimes, you just need to turn up.
A walk after work. A little time on the mat. That gym session you nearly talked yourself out of. Forge gives your effort a place to count.
Take a look insideAround the block counts. You don’t need a finish line.

02 / Less overthinking. More showing up.
A simple rhythm.
A habit that’s yours.

Keep each other going.
Follow the team board, build your streak and enjoy a little friendly competition.
A reason to come back tomorrow.
03 / The good kind of peer pressure
A little competition.
A lot of company.
You don’t have to do the same workout to be on the same team.
Bring the friends who walk, the ones who lift, and the ones getting started again. Everyone’s effort has a place on the board.

05 / Flying solo? You belong here too.
Your own rhythm.
Still Forge.
Prefer to go at your own pace? Solo gives your workouts, calendar and progress a home—without needing a group.
Find your way to moveDo we all have to do the same workout?
No. Your group can mix walks, gym sessions, yoga and other workouts. Forge brings your effort together; it doesn’t make everyone follow the same routine.
Can I use Forge on my own?
Yes. Choose Solo in the new app to keep track of your own workouts and progress without joining a group.
How do I join my friends?
Ask for their Forge group code, then open the app and choose the group route. If you already have a profile, use the existing-profile option to keep your history.
Can I be in more than one group?
Yes. Use Change in the app to join another group. In the new version, you can review your current-month group workouts before copying them into the new group.
Where can I get Forge?
Forge is available on iPhone and the web. The new iPhone and Android releases are in review. See your options below or contact us about Android access.
Do I need to share my health data?
You can log workouts manually. Device health access is a separate permission for supported features. Read our privacy policy for what Forge collects and shares.
A little start is still a start.
