In short

This page explains how to delete your Forge account and everything attached to it.

Send one email and your account, your name, your PIN and your entire workout history are permanently removed within 30 days. There is no fee and you do not need to give a reason.

1How to request deletion

Forge accounts are not tied to an email address — you sign in with a group code, your name and a 4-digit PIN. So deletion is requested by email, and we confirm it's really you before anything is removed.

Tell us who you areInclude your group code (the 6-character code you use to sign in, e.g. BR0RRU) and the player name exactly as it appears in the app.
Confirm it's youWe reply asking you to confirm from within the app or via your group's organiser. This stops anyone deleting someone else's account.
DoneOnce confirmed, your account and data are deleted. We email you when it's complete — within 30 days, and usually within a few days.

2What is deleted

Everything below is erased permanently and cannot be recovered afterwards.

Data	What it is
Account record	Your Forge account, including your display name and the internal ID that links your activity together.
Your PIN	The scrambled form of your 4-digit sign-in PIN. Forge never stores it in readable form.
Workout history	Every workout you have logged — the type, the date, and any distance or training notes you added.
Group membership	Your entry on every group roster you belong to, including your team and any role.
Streaks and stats	Current and longest streaks, months active, totals and any awards.
Device links	The anonymous identifiers connecting your account to the phones you have signed in on.

3What is kept, and for how long

Data	Why, and for how long
Platform totals	Forge keeps counts such as "total workouts logged across all groups". Your workouts are removed from these figures on deletion; what remains is a number that contains nothing about you and cannot be traced back to you. Kept indefinitely.
Your group's history	Past months already completed by your group remain, with your entries removed. Other members' data is not affected by your deletion.
Error reports	If the app recorded a crash while you were using it, that technical record may persist for up to 90 days before being automatically discarded. It contains no name and no workout data.
Survey answers	If you answered an in-app survey, those answers were submitted anonymously and are not linked to your account, so they cannot be located to delete.

Nothing in this list identifies you.

4Deleting only your data, but keeping your account

If you would rather clear your workout history and start fresh without losing your account, say so in the same email and we will remove your logged workouts while leaving your account and group membership in place.

You can also remove individual workouts yourself at any time from the Feed screen in the app — tap the ✕ on any entry you logged.
